Disciple Maker Index (DMI) Survey Link
The DMI (Disciple Maker Index) Survey is now available. It is our hope that every parishioner age13 and older will complete the survey between now and April 4th. It can be accessed at:
https://portal.catholicleaders.org/d/y64xy3
Or, if you prefer, in a paper format available from the ushers at any Mass. The completed paper survey can then be placed in the collection or handed back to an usher. Each survey is anonymous and confidential and requires only about 10 minutes to complete. Please help us discern our parish’s strengths and needs by sharing your views.
Sunday Lenten Prayer
Taize prayer services will be held each Sunday evening during lent at 6:30p.m. Beginning on Sunday, March 6th and continuing through Sunday, April 10th. Taize prayer blends song, silence, and scripture into a meditative experience. Each service lasts about 40 minutes. All are welcome, from any parish as well as any Christian denomination. So feel free to bring a friend.
Rosary for Peace Thursday at 5:30 P.M.
Our next Rosary for Peace will be on Thursday, March 17, 2022 at 5:30pm. With the tension of war in the Ukraine, we all need to come together to pray that this gets settled quickly and peacefully so the Ukranian people will be able to return home and resume their lives. Invite your friends and family. More than ever we need to pray for peace in our streets and cities, for those who fight to be faithful and that all will be restored in Christ. This evening prayer service is held each third Thursday. Please come and join us for the half hour. A great way to unwind after a day of work during this Lenten season.
SEAS at the Movies
Mark your calendars to view the film, I am Patrick. The film session will be presented at 6:30pm on March 17 in the school faculty room. Refreshment will be served. Please enter on Washington Ave.
Volunteers Needed
The St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Food Closet is desperately in need of volunteers to help with this important parish ministry. Hands are needed to distribute the food on Wednesdays from 3 to 7 p.m., and on three Tuesdays a month, to unload the supply truck from Feedmore WNY at 3 p.m. at Northern Chautauqua Catholic School. Training and supervision will be provided. This does not have to be a full-time commitment. Those who can only come for the first few hours on Wednesday are still gratefully appreciated. For additional information, please leave a message at 716 679-9055 and your call will be returned.
