Anointing of the Sick
On Saturday morning, October 19th at 11 a.m., we will celebrate the Anointing of the Sick for all in need of Christ’s healing presence at time of illness or old age. A simple luncheon will follow in the school hall. Our priests will gladly visit the homes of those who cannot attend the anointing. Simply call and request that a priest visit you or an ill neighbor.
Help Needed: Following the anointing mass on October 19th, there will be a light luncheon for all participants. Can you help with the luncheon? Please contact the office if you can bake cookies, make soup or prepare chicken salad, egg salad or ham salad sandwiches on white, wheat or rye bread for 20-30 people. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated; please contact -Jim Palmatier
