Happy Father’s Day
Today we honor our fathers. Never underestimate the impact that a compassionate, loving, protective and faithful father can have on his children. This day we salute those who modeled for us many fundamental values that have impacted our own lives for the better. Remember that even if your father was absent or flawed, you can still be inspired to do better with your own child.
Baby Bottle Drive Concludes
Today, Father’s Day, is the ending of the bottle drive to support the local St. Gianna Molla Center, located in St. Anthony former school building on Cushing St. in Fredonia. If you did not return your bottle yet, you may either bring it to the rectory or place it in the collection as soon as possible. Thank you for your wonderful cooperation.
The Homestretch for 2019 Appeal
We are now in the final weeks of our 2019 Catholic Charities Appeal. Your support of our annual campaign ensures that we can continue to serve those who are most in need and most vulnerable in Western New York. It means things like accessible and affordable counseling and mental health treatment, and basic needs assistance such as food, clothing, and utilities. You can make a difference today. Visit www.ccwny.org/donation. Help your neighbor find hope.
Thank you for your generous support.
Hispanic Father’s and Mother’s Day
Next Sunday following the 2:30 pm Spanish Mass, our Hispanic parishioners will serve a pot luck meal to honor the fathers and mothers of the parish including those who have passed on before us. Please bring a dish to pass. You may take it to the gym just prior to mass.
