SEAS Parish News
We would like to welcome our new Administrator Deacon Gregory Feary to our Church Family.
The Deacon’s Bench
Deacon Greg Feary
I am excited to have been named your Temporary Administrator as of this past Wednesday, May 22nd.
What a fitting weekend to have all of this happen!
Today is Trinity Sunday. This Solemnity reminds me of the great mystery of God who is three persons in one God and the great love and community that the Father, Son and Holy Spirit share with one another. It’s a great image for us to imitate here at SEAS: LOVE AND COMMUNITY.
I look forward to working with you to deepen our love of God and each other by building a strong community rooted in the Trinity.
Be sure to stop me after Mass this weekend to say hello and stop over for a cup of coffee and pastries after the 8 & 11 a.m. Mass even if you have already been to one of the other Masses.
God Bless, Deacon Greg
Administrator’s Corner
Today we celebrate the Feast of the Holy Trinity. God has revealed Himself as being Three Persons sharing Divinity. They are the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Yet they are one God, like us we share in being human with each, but each one is separate individual. So it is with God. God, sharing the Divinity of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
On Monday May 28th, at 9 a.m. there will be a memorial Mass. It will be celebrated at St. Mary’s cemetery (weather permitting) located on Route 60 at William Street, If it is inclement weather, it will be moved to St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church. Please bring a chair for each one coming, Thank You. This Friday is June 1st. It is the First Friday of the month.
Confessions will be heard at 4 p.m. on Thursday. There will be adoration after the 7 a.m. Mass Friday June 1st until 4:30 p.m… Please consider spending time in prayer to our Lord Jesus during these hours.
Welcome, Child of God
This past weekend, we welcomed to the family of God Everly Cybart child of Joshua & Sarah (Miller) Cybart baptized on May 20th, 2018.
