Advent Opportunities this Week

Advent Evening Prayer

The final Advent Sunday Evening Prayer will be held today at 6:30 p.m. in the chapel off the parking lot entrance.

Opportunity for Parish Children

We welcome children who wish to sing with the music group at the 5 pm mass on Christmas Eve. There will be a rehearsal this Tuesday, December 23 at 6 pm in the church.

Last Opportunities for Confession

There are still two chances for Advent Reconciliation before Christmas
* There will be confessions here, Sunday from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm
* The area Penance Service will be held tomorrow, Monday, Dec 22, at 7 pm at St. Joseph Church in Fredonia with a number of priests available for Confessions.

Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament

Tuesday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Concludes with Evening Prayer)

Christmas Mass Schedule

Christmas Eve:
– 5 p.m. Family Mass (Preceded by Music)
-10 p.m. “Midnight” Mass” (Music begins at 9:40 p.m.)

Christmas Day:
– 8 a.m. Mass (Traditional Choir)
-11 a.m. Mass (Folk Choir)
-2:30 p.m. Spanish Mass

Christmas Welcoming Opportunity

As part of the Catholics Coming Home program we want to be genuinely welcoming to any newcomers who may join us. We hope to have a team of greeters to make those attending feel at home. Do you like people and have an outgoing personality? Would you consider greeting those who arrive before one of the masses during this Christmas Season?

It would entail this: Simply arrive at least 15 minutes before mass will begin. Wait near the church doors to enthusiastically greet any arrivals and answer any questions they might have.
