On Tuesday of Holy Week the bishop invites the priests of the diocese to the Cathedral at 7 p.m. for the annual “Chrism Mass.” This liturgy is a sign of the unity of the priests with the bishop and is the occasion of the blessing of the holy oils used for sacraments throughout the year.
