Advent Opportunities at SEAS
Advent Empty Crèche
Again this year we have designated four local causes as recipients for the four weeks of Advent. You may place a monetary donation in the crèche or one of the requested items for the week:
– 1st Sunday (Diaper Ministry) – diapers sizes newborn to 2, wipes, baby powder, baby shampoo
– 2nd Sunday (St. Gianna Molla Center) – children’s clothes: sizes, infant to toddler (including winter clothes)
– 3rd Sunday (St. Vincent Home) – Soap, Shampoo, Deodorant, Toothpaste, toothbrushes and disposable razors
– 4th Sunday (Circle of Love) – yarn (full skeins, please) and 1 yard pieces of material (for turbans Benefit)
Benefit Coffee House
The SEAS Christmas Basket Project sponsored a benefit on Saturday Nov 29th 6-9 pm. in the Gym. Toys and monetary donations are still needed. Donation of Christmas trees is appreciated. Anyone wishing to help can call Dan Smith at 680-4432. Coffee, Christmas Treats, some Christmas tunes and good fellowship were enjoyed by all.

Christmas Baskets for the Needy
Again this year the parish food pantry crew along with other volunteers will assemble Christmas Baskets for the needy. Those who wish to request a Christmas Basket must call 363-6080 after December 1st and no later than December 15.
Volunteers will be needed on the weekend of December 19 – 21 for assembling and distributing the baskets. For more information, call Carol Smith, project coordinator at 366-5908. Please do not call either Carol or the Church for the purpose of requesting a basket.
