Memorabilia Table
During the Anniversary Dinner on September 12th following the special 4 P.M. Mass (note time change for this Mass only) items to commemorate our celebration will be offered for purchase at cost. Of special note are medals featuring our patron saint which was obtained from the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton National Shrine in Emmitsburg, Maryland. There also will be a well-reviewed biography of St. Elizabeth authored by Joan Barthel with a forward by Maya Angelou.
At last year’s dinner many of the attendees asked about obtaining the beautiful decorations hand crafted by Becky Eckstrom. This year Becky, chairperson of the Anniversary Dinner Hall Environment Committee, has agreed to allow items to be purchased after the dinner is concluded.
PLEASE NOTE:
The Washington Avenue doors (courtyard and school) will NOT be open for the dinner due to the needs of the catering service. The Fourth Street door will be the only entrance for those attending the dinner, and is handicapped accessible. Parking will be available in the fourth street lot on the side of the school, in the city parking lot off Washington Ave.and, of course, in our own parking lot next to the church.
Due to the needs of the caterer for proper set up for the dinner, the door to the hall will NOT be open until shortly before the Mass is concluded.
